“Just wanted to commend your tech Alan. We ran out of propane on Sunday. After we put in an emergency call Alan called us back promptly. He brought a propane truck and at 8:30pm, at 20 degrees with a nasty wind coming off the river, refilled our tanks. Then relit the pilot flame and made sure everything was working before he left. Thanks a lot Alan; great service.”
“I want to thank Eddie for not only delivering our much needed gas, but going the extra mile and doing a pressure test on my lines due to me smelling propane. I was almost out of propane when he came to fill up. He explained to me that sometimes when the tank gets so low you might smell something. He was right. He filled the tank, did the test, everything was okay and he even came inside and lit the pilot lights and made sure everything was on. Eddie, you saved me.”
“Tonight we ran out of gas – the record cold has wrecked havoc on the delivery system. We called the Gloucester office and reported our situation. The answering service advised that we would receive a call. The call came within 20 minutes and we were told a truck was on the way, but the truck was already at the house! John, the driver, confirmed appliances were working, hot water heater lit. EXCELLENT SERVICE on this cold night, 5 out of 5 stars.”

“There are other companies in that services the county with gas. I have been in the county for 40 years and I have not found another company that have the excellent service that Revere Gas does. I have just called for advice to ask how can I get they give me better service and they every time give it to me. “Anybody who needs gas at their home should certainly consider using Revere Gas. In August, I moved into a house with (competitor) and it’s coming up on the end of October and I haven’t been able to get in touch with ANYONE at (competitor). I’ve left voicemails, sent emails, and even paper mail all to no avail. I’m just trying to tell them to come pick up their tank which is still sitting in my front yard.
