Called “inquisitive and involved” by LP Gas, Charles Revere was inducted to the LP Gas Hall of Fame on April 10, 2015. His fifty-plus years in the propane history is fondly remembered and recounted in an article by LP Gas; starting with his humble beginnings of helping his father deliver cylinders to customers, to his involvement with a plethora of local organizations today.

Charles is remarked on as a man who cares about his community and a man with a thirst for knowledge. He strives to learn something new every day “even if it’s painful.” This dedication to keeping in the know combined with a desire to engage with the local community has set Revere Gas apart from the competition over the years.

Additionally we support the Gloucester-Mathews Care Clinic, the Northern Neck Free Health Clinic, and the Tappahannock Regional Free Clinic with help from our fleet of trucks designed around breast cancer awareness and The Virginia Wounded Warrior Program.

All of which wouldn’t be possible without the knowledge, tenacity, curiosity, and leadership from Charles. And the support from our wonderful customers all throughout Virginia.

As Charles Ory remarked in the article, “Charlie’s not somebody who’s going to stand by and wait for something else to happen,” he is going to learn about it, and make it happen.
